Beautiful, but the campsites are too close to each other.

Lots to do at this campground surrounded by nature and far from the city. Hike, fish, star gaze, or go find birds, bison, longhorn cattle, deer, turkey, and prairie dogs to watch within the wildlife refuge. You won't regret it.

Doris Campground was a pleasant experience for us! We chose campsite 34 as a single unit/non-electrical and with our proximity to both the shower house and dumpster we couldn't have chosen better!

We would absolutely stay again!

Shower house was temperature controlled and the shower water actually got hot!

Nice campground near some good hiking. Deer were wandering through the campground in the morning, and I got some good photos!

Enjoyed our stay there. Severe weather threatened us, and camp staff / Federal park officers came by to warn us of the impending danger. No cell service except up high on the nearby hills, but was a great spot to get away and unplug for a few days. =)
